I too desperately need help. We thought we could do it on our own but inflation and serious health issues has us still living in a home without floors. Our plan is to replace all of the subfloor in our extra long, single wide trailer and after putting inexpensive linoleum on top. The trusses are good. we just keep trucking and hoping to get to a place where we can hire a contractor to come in and get it wiped out quicker than we can do it ourselves. Sadly, we cannot afford the material let alone the skilled labor. It takes. Not at the moment anyway.

I had the same problem, bought and replaced breakers same problem, so my son and I started at the box were the street power comes in with an voltmeter, next was the shed checked that box , 4 breakers checked, 3 were reading 120 volts and 1 read only.04, took it out and one terminal in the back was burnt replaced it and everything came back on.

Still keeping your account on my notification list. Always come to watch for education and a calming video. Would using a thermal paint on the exterior of a mobile home be worth it? What roofing material is best when the entire back side is Southern facing with the hitch end facing West, meaning full sun year round? Looking for something that is heat resistant/ repellant. I don't know enough about materials to have a good vocabulary about it yet. Also, is raising a section of the roof, say, the middle livingroom area, to have less of a pitch from peak to edge, in a 1984, would that cause undo stress to the structure, or ? the middle interior is 9 ft. the wall height is 7.5. Your advise or thoughts are always appreciate if you have time to answer my questions.

I use 50% Bleach and water and spray it on my North facing roof. It works great and nothing will grow on it. That said, If you use bleach, you better make sure that you do not have any foundation plantings because they will be killed.

That mdf is such a freaking pain especially when it’s stapled in they they glue it down. I have even seen on mine were they glued it nailed it with nails and stapled it. But if you don’t get that crap off the new floor won’t lay flat.
